Anything the pages do not cover reaches a person by email within a few days. If you think a question in the bank is wrong, send its citation and we check it against the FAA text.
I paid but the site says I have no access.
Sign in with the same email you used at checkout, then open Progress and choose Refresh. If you paid with a different email, tell us both addresses through the form and we move the licence.
How do I get a receipt or see my purchase?
Polar sends the receipt by email at purchase. Your purchase history is at polar.sh/norwell-systems/portal, with a one-time code sent to your email.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of purchase, if you have not passed a mock exam, by replying to the receipt email or through this form. Refunds go back to the card through Polar.
A question looks wrong.
Every question carries the FAA document, chapter and page or section it was written from. Send us the question text and the citation; we read the source and fix or remove the item. Reports like this are how the bank gets better.
Why no sectional chart questions?
The bank is text only in this version. The FAA testing supplement with the figures is public; use it alongside the airspace and airport operations topics.
The sign-in link did not arrive.
Check spam for a message from stack@norwellsystems.com. Links work once and expire after 30 minutes; ask for a new one from the sign-in page.
Are these the real FAA test questions?
No. The FAA does not publish its test bank. These questions are written from the same public FAA documents the test is built on, the Remote Pilot Study Guide and 14 CFR parts 107 and 89, and each one cites the passage it came from.
Is there a pass guarantee?
No. The readiness score is an estimate from your practice answers, not a prediction of your FAA result. The FAA passing score is 70 percent.
